Linda is applying for a job as a TV reporter. On her way there, she witnesses the death of a woman and without her noticing, the victim slips a mini disc into Linda’s bag, before dying. The mini disc contains the picture of the woman dying on the street. Then the image in the mini disc is broadcast, with Linda acting as the presenter. The murderer watches the news report and makes Linda the next target.
This movie is a remake of Pengantin Remadja 1971 original version which is also one of indonesian legendary love story movie such as Badai Pasti Berlalu, Gita Cinta SMA, etc. This Movie tells the love story among two of teenage kids unfortunately restrained by difference in social status of both family which are diplomat and farmer family. Some Scenarios have changed compare to original one which ends tragically. In the original 1971 starring by Widyawati and Sophan Sophian while in this remake Pengantin Remaja 1991 replaced by Vivi Samodro and Bucek Depp. The Musical illustrations are also impressive. Both of original Pengantin Remadja 1971 and this remake 1991 are directed by the same person Wim Umboh and music arranger Idris Sardi.
Dewi and Dewo decide to elope, as Dewi’s parents only want her to marry a rich man. Listening to the advice of their servant, Doyok, Dewi writes a letter to her parents that she and her husband have become rich. When her parents want to visit, Dewi and Dewo panic. So, Kadir, a housekeeper in an empty luxurious house, helps them. He agrees to lend them the house for two days before the new occupant arrives. Then Kadir acts as the husband while Dewo plays the housekeeper and Doyok the security guard. Their act is revealed when the new renter arrives but is barred from entering. Meanwhile, Dewi’s father finds the certificate of the house ownership.

Her heart melted, and she canceled her abroad and chose to be a good wife for Feisal, so she had two children. He refused Edo who returned from abroad.
Based on the story of Nyi Roro Kidul, the ruler of the south sea, her favourite daughter wants to live on land by incarnating as a carp. The fish is found by Komar, a poor farmer who lives with his mother. Ship owner and black magic disciple, Darsi has long wanted to marry Komar, but Komar chooses to marry the fish. Darsi intends to destroy both of them with her black magic until finally, Nyi Roro Kidul intervenes to save them.
Students who come to Yogyakarta to study, also have their first taste of love and sex. Three friends, Benny, Lesmono, and Larso find this out for themselves. Benny, a ladies’ man, introduces his friends to prostitution. Lesmono is secretly in love with Indri, but she falls into the hands of Benny. Benny, who takes life very lightly, manages to smuggle Indri into his room in the lodging house. When he goes home to Jakarta, Indri is anxious because she misses her period. Lesmono helps her to find a shaman who can perform an abortion. But when she goes to see a doctor, she finds out that she is not pregnant after all. Lesmono hopes to get Indri back but his hopes vanish when Benny returns and Indri goes back to him. Attempting to represent the teenagers’ psychological state in relation to love and sex; the film only manages to be jokey and shallow.
Rhoma, aka Budi, a vagabond again, is hit by a motorcyclist on a rainy day. Budi is taken back by friends and treated. Meanwhile, Ani finally finds the sick Budi. They then meet often causing Surya to become suspicious and he finally catches them together at Budi’s place. Ani is forced home. Budi urges his friends to stop playing music on the street like beggars. He becomes a taxi driver while some of his friends sell newspapers or work as construction workers. Then Budi disguises himself with a thick moustache and sunglasses and goes to Ani’s house as a piano teacher. Now Ani and Budi can be together freely in her house. Meanwhile, a taxi passenger hears Budi singing to himself and offers musical instruments that he just bought. Budi forms a dangdut (traditional Indonesian music) group with his friends and calls it Soneta, which quickly gains success.
