Tuncer Necmioğlu (born December 17, 1936, Diyarbakir - August 20, 2006, Istanbul), Turkish theater, film and series actor, screenwriter, theater critic.
He studied theater at the Faculty of Medicine and at the Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering.
Necmioğlu, who is one of the founders of Halk Oyuncuları, also worked as general art director and acting in this group.
