Terry Loughlin (April 7th1944-June 27th 2017) was an American character actor who began his career in 1983 and went on to appear in 59 films and tv shows.
Some of his work included A Time To Kill (1996), The Jackal (1997), Out of Time (2003) and The Punisher (2004).
He was married to his wife Leslie until his death and they had 3 children together.
