Kawaharada embarked on his journey into the entertainment industry through auditions and marked his debut in 2008 with the television drama バッテリー(Battery).
He quickly made his presence felt, securing lead roles in various projects, including the stage production Blood Heaven 〜第七天国〜, where he delivered his inaugural starring performance alongside Fukuyama Masashi.
With a diverse cultural background, Kawaharada's mother hails from the Philippines and Spain, granting him the endearing nickname "たー" (Taa).
