He frequently collaborates with director Adam Wingard.
He is best known for writing the films You're Next (2011), The Guest (2014), Blair Witch (2016), Azrael (2024) and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (2024).
He made his feature directorial debut with the film Seance (2021).
