Signe Elvin-Nowak was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden.
At five years old she started to engage in drama and dance activities and later attended Viktor Rydbergs Performing Arts High School.
After graduating high school, Signe moved to Los Angeles.
While working as a project coordinator at a Hollywood based production company she participated in numerous short films but later decided to pursue her acting career in London.
While in London, Signe was a founding member of the theatre group Acting Now Co-Workshop and played the lead in the film noir inspired production "Who Owns An idea".
In 2019 Signe founded the Stockholm-based production company ELVNWK productions, which she runs alongside her work as a professional actress.
