Noemi is a young single mother who works in a betting agency. When her work hours are cut and her hands are tied, she has to steal some money which were intended for the cash register. She does not know that she risks to be discovered by Kevin, a colleague who shows a strong interest in her. After the work shift, it is Kevin himself who approaches the girl and shares with her what appears to be a serene and carefree moment. The following day, summoned to the office by the owner, Noemi, in order not to lose her job, drops the charges on Kevin.
