Featuring the Warkop DKI group, Dono, Kasino, and Indro live in the same boarding house as Lisa and Selly. After reading the answers of a magazine quiz, Indro wonders if one of the girls in the boarding house is in love with him. After many jokes and funny situations, it turns out to be just a misunderstanding. Kasino himself is having terrible luck when, by mistake, a bank employee gives him more money that he has asked for. He intends to return the money but has to go through many comic situations and obstacles. Then it is Dono’s turn, who has a Caucasian girlfriend, to go through similar obstacles.
The story of Wulan (Debby Cynthia Dewi), the captain of a passenger ship with two of his men who were also girls and became sailors to escape from his bitter past. The story begins when docked. Wulan was grabbed and assisted by Johan (George Rudy) then became a close friend. Wulan's men who were former prostitutes were kidnapped by his germ, but could escape. Then the story of the ups and downs on the ship faced by the sailor girls.
Hendra, a long-time bachelor and son of a wealthy family, falls in love with Rini. But Rini lives with her three uncles who are still unmarried and they become stumbling blocks for Hendra. Each of them wants Rini to marry different people. The choices are a theater actor, a boxer, and even a parachutist. Each of her uncles is fooled one by one. The person who finally helps Rini is her aunt, who blames the three uncles for being old bachelors, when they should be married.
Kasino, Dono, and Indro are members of CHIPS (A Great Way To Solve Social Problems) led by the boss, Uncle Junet. But the three have bad luck in every task they do. Things do not get any better when Lita and a transgender become new members. Evidently, Uncle Junet is a playboy. Only Kasino knows this because he has caught him cheating. Then the CHIPS organization becomes more chaotic and eventually disbands. On one occasion, when Kasino, Dono and Indro are still unemployed, they go to the house of Lita, and find out that she is getting married to Uncle Junet.
Three poor students help Mr. Broto who is a victim of a hit and run accident. Apparently, Mr. Broto has a treasure map and this treasure quest makes the trio enter the forest, climb hills and cross rivers. Then Dono gets a girlfriend named Maya, the daughter of the person who hit Mr. Broto. There are many slapstick comedy moments such as the crashing the doors, or slipping on banana peels, to lighten the mood of the treasure quest.
Alex is thrown out of his parents’ house. This is a part of an ongoing conflict with his father because he is thought to have inherited his mother’s wild behaviour. Alex makes a mistake of raping his girlfriend, Joice. Later, Alex becomes an accomplished racer. He then receives affection from a friend of his mother. His damaged relationship with Joice is mended even though it doesn’t get family approval. He dates many women. Finally, he dies of a stray bullet in a mass riot.
Sanwani’s mother is too ambitious. She even dominates her children. In three months, Sanwani, the director of a company, has to get married. And her daughter Pratiwi is betrothed to Paijo, Sanwani’s friend. But Sanwani’s wedding has to be postponed for a year because of venereal disease. Together with Slamet, Sanwani has to receive daily injections by Poltak the head nurse.
Tells the story of two women with different characters who love the same man. Widuri, does not dare to express her love while Irawati is more aggressive. One time Widuri was raped by Irawati's men until she was pregnant. Then she moved to the village. While Toby was threatened to marry Irawati because Irawati was pregnant due to her promiscuity and because she lent Irawati's father's company money to her friend but could not return it. Toby avoided it by following Widuri to the village and intended to marry her, but Widuri refused. Toby finally had an accident and Irawati died while giving birth.
Sarah is a lounge singer who works to support her husband, Paul Lasut, a gambler. In an intersection, her car nearly runs into the car of David Panggabean, the director of a bank. The event leads to them falling in love. Lasut is shot and dies on the gambling table. Sarah thinks that Lasut dies because of the money that David gave him. Sarah avoids David, who still persistently visits her place of work. David also has problems with his work, due to his assistant. All the problems are finally resolved when David and Sarah are married.
An impending visit from a VIP causes chaos and confusion in the small, isolated village of Sukaslamet. Things take a hilarious turn when the herbal medicine seller is mistaken for the exalted guest and is accorded a ceremonial welcome in the most elaborate Javanese style.
