Miguel Ángel "Míchel" Salgado Fernández (born 22 October 1975) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a right-back.
He lives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, since he retired from football in 2012, is the founder and owner of UAE Second Division League football club Fursan Hispania FC (formerly the football academy, also founded by Salgado, known as Spanish Soccer Schools from 2013 until its evolution) since 2020, and is currently the U-15 Saudi Arabian National Football Team’s head coach.
Halfway between a sports documentary and an conceptual art installation, "Zidane" consists in a full-length soccer game (Real Madrid vs. Villareal, April 23, 2005) entirely filmed from the perspective of soccer superstar Zinedine Zidane.
Five story strands -- some real, some fictionalized -- comprise this officially sanctioned film of Real Madrid, the second richest soccer club in the world.
