'Chandu' an unemployed stage actor lies to his beloved wife to be an MBA student working in a Multinational Company. Under instructions from his mentor, he gets a job as a Sales Manager by falsely representing himself as a son from a rich family living in South Africa; now on a short visit to India. Hilarious situations arise when his boss plans to meet his parents.
Rajaaka (Akkasaheb) and Hindurao Inamadar are married for 12 years but are still childless, following which Akka wants Inamdar to marry another lady but he denies the prospect all the time. Inamdar has a lot of respect in his village and has helped many people. His friend Sethji notices that he is not the same Inamdar he used to be and discusses with other friends Badarmrao and Danger. Inamdar finds that its not Akka but him who can't bear a child which has left him distressed.
Priest Kadam Baba finds Venu, an orphan girl at the footsteps of the Aai Tulza Bhavani temple. He raises her up and she considers him as her real father. But unfortunately she is the daughter of a rape victim Kashi. Inamdar, who is the chairman of a sugar factory, wishes to get his handicap daughter, Mugdha married to Madhav, a lab in-charge in his factory. But Madhav falls for Venu and eventually they both get married. This angers Inamdar, he hatches a plan to get Madhav thrown out of his factory. More to their worst Madhav's mother is unhappy with their marriage as Venu didn't get dowry along with her. This results in conflict between her and Venu. Madhav's mother buries the holy idol of Aai Tulza Bhavani. Helpless Venu fights with the situation.
After death of her father, Bhakti comes to stay with her fathers friend Inamdar, who decides to take care of her as his daughter and marry her to his son Vikram who is studying in the city.
