Ganguro gals are the girls in a Japanese subculture who darken their face, whiten around the eyes, work on their hair, have ornate nails and wear high heels and fancy dresses. The film depicts the girls, focusing on one, and has the camera take us from high school to graduation, life in the twenties and later.
The movie features the history of SKE48 from the first auditions up to 2015.
