An account of the successful life and work of Spanish singer and actor Camilo Sesto (1946-2019), the portentous, almost miraculous, voice of Spanish pop music for decades, through his own point of view, told during his last interview and in many others, and through the words of those creators whose own work has been strongly influenced both by his art and his magnetic personality.
Manuel, a young man of eighteen, arrives in Madrid with the illusion of being a bullfighter. On arrival he meets Juan a ruined singer in his fifties who, along with his friend Lola, will help the boy to get a chance to bullfight in a probe at the estate of a famous businessman.
While the city of Cadiz helds the carnival festivities, in the solitary deck of a boat a nice old man contemplates excited the party. For many years he has visited his hometown and now he fears to face the absence of his loved ones. He remembers the welcome extended to him the last time he returned from the campaign in Cuba, his youth and migration.
