Then he directed two more dramas.
In 2014, Joydeep debuted as a film director with the drama film Aagun.
It started streaming on ZEE5 from January 20, 2023.
His debut theatrical release credited as a director was Shikari (2016).
The Eken, his first film in the franchise, released on April 14, 2022.
