This year has not been kind to strawberries. At the beginning of April it snowed. Strawberries began to bloom on the 21st. The first fruit of the year was eaten by a snail, the second by Adam, and the third appeared simultaneously with hundreds of others. Soon a decisive attack on a monastery located on the hills of Monte Cassino is to take place at the front - this spectacular battle will decide the lives of many soldiers and the fate of the Allied offensive in Italy, and will change Jedrek's life forever.
