Events of the film take place in both hemispheres. Presidents of countries, bosses of drug cartels, special agents and powerful secret service agencies from all around the world are the first hand participants of its events. The film begins with an account of a shocking yet quite ordinary skirmish - an average drug kin pin is beating one of his assistants with a golf club with a purpose of educating him, because the assistant's cell phone was quite unlawfully confiscated by an overly diligent secret service agent. The mutilated gangster understands the incommensurability of his guilt and the level of his fault, and becomes the first character who asks the question: What do we know about the world we live in?
There is a thief in the office of a major businessman. When he was finally caught, it turned out that he had a unique gift. The so-called “phenomenon” could read thoughts at a distance, move objects without touching them, and open complex combination locks with an effort of will. These skills seemed very promising to the enterprising businessman, and he left the talented young man as a hostage in order to use his abilities for his own purposes, but, unfortunately for him, this desire arose not only from him...
After seasoned swindler Anatoly Papik was taken into custody in the courtroom, his relatives and accomplices decide to flee to hot countries, away from sin. The wife goes to Greece, the boss goes to Spain, and the “sixes” Shiloh and Bubble go to Turkey. Imagine the surprise of the two scoundrels when, on the Mediterranean coast, they come face to face with Papik, who theoretically should be “steaming on a bunk.” After certain search activities, it turns out that this is not Papik, but his exact copy, the Englishman Michael Smith. The scammers come up with a cunning plan to replace the “twin” Smith with Papik, who is languishing in prison.
A company of swindlers is creating a school of nannies and teachers to provide “educational” services to the population. The company's employees are exclusively homeless people from the area of three stations, subordinate to the foreman. The people chosen are very diverse, and a decent legend with recommendations is composed for each one. Thus, the scammers not only deceived gullible citizens who fell for the advertisement, but also quite realistically solved the problem of the homeless by providing them with food and a roof over their heads.
