Argentina, December 2001. Víctor Aranda is the accountant of a financier. His ex-wife is chasing him for an increase in his monthly support fee. His current partner doesn't see any future in their relationship and is willing to abandon him for a scholarship that was granted in Paris. He doesn't see any way to escape his fate, until the owner of the financier tells him that he will make a big scam and he will run away with all the money.
Cristina's life is thrown into turmoil when she is suddenly escorted from her strict Catholic school in Buenos Aires and told that she is really Sofía Lombardi, the daughter of activists who disappeared in the '70s. Questioning everything she once thought true, Cristina embarks on a journey to find her true identity. Meeting others like herself, the young girl soon discovers the real-life horrors of Argentina's relatively recent past and the nightmare that claimed tens of thousands of lives during the country's "dirty war."
At age 13, a street kid known as "El Polaquito" makes his living mostly by singing tangos (originally sung by his namesake, the singer "El Polaco") on Buenos Aires commuter trains. He falls in love with a 16 year old prostitute, also working for the Mafia controlling child exploitation in one of Argentina's busiest train stations. He tries to rescue her from this cruel life with no future. But to do so, he must confront the ruthless adult gang leaders, as well as the young kids who protect them, believing that this Mafia is truly their only option. The story is supposedly based on a true story, which happened, and was discovered in Argentina in the late 90s, early 2000s.

The plot involves the school director bringing in a female inspector to clean up the school. The students decide to kidnap her and replace her with the sexy stripper "aunt" of one of the girls (who is naturally sleeping with several of the guys). The real director meanwhile falls madly in lust with one of her male captors. Meanwhile a goody-good student and her hypocrite father begin to suspect the ruse . . . So will there be a lot of crazy hijinks? Will everything work out happily in the end? Will the entire female cast (and an unfortunate amount of the male cast) find some excuse to get naked?
