Natasha works in a private dental clinic, where she runs an illegal business at night with an oriental specialist, Lee. A regular patient, Oksana, comes to see them. Lee enters the office with her and closes the door. The appointment begins. Everything goes according to plan until Granny shows up with a sharp toothache, which Natasha won't let in. Granny calls 112 and faints. A patrol car arrives, one of them is Oksana's husband. What's going on in this clinic?
